Job Title: Project Coordinator (ID4474)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am-6.00pm
Salary: $2600-$3000

Job Scopes:
. To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation,
. To prepare and verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy,
. Follow up progress on sale requisite form, delivery note and goods receipt,
. To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on contractual works,
. Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery,
. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project,
. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable,
. All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.
