Job Summary
Manage end-to-end projects for commercial kitchen equipment, coordinating design, installation, compliance, and regional vendor relations to drive successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, site management, coordination meetings, shipping, installation, commissioning, handover, training, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) management
- Coordinate the release of final payments and bank guarantees to ensure project closure
- Review kitchen layouts using CAD software to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
- Draft formal business correspondence, service agreements, and project performance reports with administrative rigor
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners such as customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and regional sales representatives, as well as internal management
- Apply knowledge of local standards (e.g., SS 608:2024) and technical compliance requirements for kitchen equipment installations
- Coordinate with overseas vendors or representatives in Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East to support regional business growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle in Commercial Kitchen/F&B Equipment or Construction/M&E sectors
- Proficiency in CAD and project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of local compliance standards for kitchen equipment installations (e.g., SS 608:2024)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of industry experience in Commercial Kitchen/F&B Equipment or Construction/M&E sectors
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), Construction Management, or related technical field
- Diploma in F&B Operations with strong technical aptitude
