The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and digital projects by coordinating between internal teams, clients, and external vendors. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and client requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced IT or digital environment.
Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing IT and digital projects
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays early
Ensure tasks are completed according to agreed schedules
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors
Schedule and organize meetings, briefings, and project updates
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
Communicate project updates clearly to all stakeholders
Maintain project documentation such as scopes, timelines, SOPs, and change requests
Track project status, budgets, and resource usage
Prepare regular project reports for management and clients
Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits or grant compliance (if applicable)
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and infrastructure teams
Support vendor coordination, quotations, and delivery tracking
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and deployment schedules
Ensure projects follow company processes and best practices
Assist in improving project workflows, templates, and internal SOPs
Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, IT projects, or digital agency environment
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may be considered
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or digital projects
Familiarity with project tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of websites, software, ERP, or digital systems is an advantage
Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Sprint methodologies
Familiarity with Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team)
Experience or exposure to tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com
Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) is an advantage
