• Position : Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

• Location : Lor Bakar Batu / Company Site

• Working hours : 0900hrs to 1800hrs (Monday - Friday) 0900hrs to 1300hrs (Saturday)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Building and Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities

• Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and cost tracking

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as design, procurement, and site operations, to ensure efficient project execution

• Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders

• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures on site

• Identify and help resolve any project-related issues or risks in a timely manner

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry

• Knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations
