Responsibilities:
- Make sure all the reports are prepared and accurate as per the agreed SLA.
- Ensure PO's are processed to make sure the deployment are met within 7 days.
- Responsible for monthly billing activities.
- Check systems requirements .
- Follow up for the above activity.
- Communicate with tech leads regarding the above activity.
- Support in configuring, installing, testing and managing the InsightVM (5) & Security Console under the guidance of Implementation team.
- Involved in the activities for Milestone sign off
- Involved in internal follow-ups and follow the internal process.
- Raise Firewall requests (and all network-related requests) and involved in follow-ups for those requests.
- Act as a bridge between infra team and Vulnerability Management solution deployment team
- Coordinating weekly meetings for project status updates
- Creating and updating Project plan weekly
Requirements:
. IT work experience with at least 3 years of Project management experience
. Certifications in Project Management would be an added advantage
. Able to balance between project requirements and people management to achieve project targets within deadlines and budget
. Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
. Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
