Project Coordinator

Responsibilities :-

• Assist and support the Project Manager in overall project coordination
• Assist and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring effective allocation of resources for timely project execution.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement and production for project progression and provide regular updates on project issues
• Work closely with client/shipyard project team with effective communication
• Attend technical meeting / project meeting, update weekly/monthly project status, and submit project documentation.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by General Manager

Requirements :-

• Min NITEC/Diploma/Degree in engineering related fields
• At least 1 year of work experience in the marine and offshore industry. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel.
