Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily project activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure objectives are met within scope and budget.
- Conduct regular checks and follow-ups to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Identify potential issues or delays and work with management to resolve them promptly.
- Support procurement processes, track expenditures, and verify completion of works for claims and payments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
- Knowledge of project management practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
