Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in project management, scheduling, coordination, progress claims, payment certifications, and technical matters from project initiation to completion
Coordinate interior fit-out works, architectural details, finishes, and site activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and sample approvals
Assist in procurement, material selection, and tracking of interior finishes and fit-out materials
Coordinate site meetings, design reviews, and client presentations
Monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications
Support site teams with logistics planning, scheduling, and operational coordination
Conduct periodic site inspections and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant project coordination experience preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with authority submission processes and workplace safety requirements
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders effectively
Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or architectural coordination for hospitality, commercial, office, retail, or fast-track fit-out projects preferred
Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
Knowledge of fit-out materials, detailing, and construction processes
Ability to read and interpret interior and architectural drawings
