Job Description

Responsibility:

As a Sales/Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project planning, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of project workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Description:

. Coordinate and support project planning, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to requirements.

. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and project-related documents.

. Communicate with clients to understand project needs, provide updates, and address enquiries or changes promptly.

. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to arrange materials, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.

. Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and highlight any delays or issues to the project team.

. Maintain accurate records including project schedules, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and completion documents.

. Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentations as required by management.

. Coordinate internal team communication to ensure smooth workflow between sales, operations, and clients.

. Support cost monitoring by collecting pricing, updating cost sheets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

. Ensure all project activities comply with company procedures and client expectations.

. Occasionally required to assist with light logistics support

. Need to commit to work on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.

. Able to work rotate day and night shift.

Working Location: EUNOS

Requirement:

. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.

. Bilingual speaker, need to be proficient in Chinese & English client & workers.

. Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

. Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

. Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.

. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.

. Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.

. Need to travel island wide to visit site

. Possess Singapore class 3 driving license
