Job Summary
You will lead the coordination of lift and escalator projects by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful and compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans to deliver lift and escalator projects on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and architects to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor project progress continuously and prepare comprehensive reports for management to support informed decision-making
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards to maintain workplace safety and quality
- Lead communication across cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of lift and escalator regulations and standards to ensure compliance throughout project lifecycle
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects in the lift/escalator or construction industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through managing project teams and stakeholder interactions
