Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of event and exhibition fabrication projects. The role focuses on coordinating between clients, designers, suppliers, and the workshop team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
This position includes a 3-month probation / training period. Upon confirmation, staff will be eligible for project-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project timelines and site installation schedules
Liaise with internal teams including design, production, and workshop
Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Assist in material sourcing, quotation follow-ups, and production tracking
Support on-site coordination during installation and dismantling
Ensure project documentation and progress updates are properly maintained
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Project Management, Design, Engineering, or related fields preferred
Fresh graduates with strong coordination skills are welcome to apply
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and team members
Willing to visit project sites and work flexible hours when required
