Job Summary
Join CTY Design Studio as a Project Engineer / Coordinator to drive project planning, coordination, and execution across diverse construction projects, supporting growth into a Project Management career path.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to meet quality and timeline goals
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Coordinate architectural, mechanical & electrical (M&E), and site activities to align with project requirements
- Verify that works comply with drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance to maintain project integrity
- Prepare, review, and track shop drawings, materials, and submission documents for project approval
- Support the Project Manager by compiling reports and maintaining accurate project documentation
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction project experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in interior fit-out and addition & alteration (A&A) projects
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordination drawings
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and site practices
