About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of elevator installation and modernization projects. This role involves coordinating project timelines, managing documentation, and working closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules for elevator installation and upgrading works
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Track project progress and follow up on timelines, deliveries, and site activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records
- Support procurement and logistics coordination for project materials and components
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements
- Assist in resolving project issues and coordinating necessary actions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Experience in project coordination within construction, elevator, or engineering environment preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
