Support daily catering operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of all orders
Coordinate with kitchen, packing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
Ensure all orders follow the Kitchen Schedule (KS) and are prepared on time
Assist in dispatch coordination to ensure all deliveries are sent out on time
Monitor and escalate any operational issues such as missing items, delays, or miscommunication
Maintain basic inventory of packing materials and operational supplies
Maintain and update customer information and sales data for tracking and reporting purposes
Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and document preparationHandle basic client inquiries and redirect complex queries to the relevant Sales Executive
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or logistics roles experience in F&B is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with good operational awareness
Physically able to work in kitchen and packing environments
Able to work flexible hours when required (including early mornings or peak periods)
Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership of tasks
