Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily catering operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of all orders
  • Coordinate with kitchen, packing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
  • Ensure all orders follow the Kitchen Schedule (KS) and are prepared on time
  • Assist in dispatch coordination to ensure all deliveries are sent out on time
  • Monitor and escalate any operational issues such as missing items, delays, or miscommunication
  • Maintain basic inventory of packing materials and operational supplies
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales data for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and document preparationHandle basic client inquiries and redirect complex queries to the relevant Sales Executive
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or logistics roles experience in F&B is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with good operational awareness
  • Physically able to work in kitchen and packing environments
  • Able to work flexible hours when required (including early mornings or peak periods)
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
