Coordinate projects using designated project management software
Engage with key stakeholders to define project goals and needs
Assist project manager with the planning, budgeting, and documentation of projects
Monitor, track and supervise project progress and address any issues that arise
Perform site survey, drawing and schedule installation works
Liaise with clients, subcontractor, suppliers as necessary
Supervise project progress on sites, including attending site meetings and discussion
Ensure service delivery, and timely submission of reports for the completed project
Check and verify project claims for submission
Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma (specializing in Electrical Engineering would be an advantage)
Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
Class 3 driving license
Experience in liaising with HDB, Town Council, and Commercial Building owners for electrical and other installation works will be an added advantage
Experience in carry out site surveys (both in-building and at construction sites)
Literate in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
