Project Coordinator (E&M)

1. MRT/LTAproject experience is an advantage

2. Theproject Coordinator (E&M) role is to ensure works of System WideContractors and civil / architectural works are proceeded as per CoordinatedInstallation Programme, CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans

3. Towork and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&Einstallation and system requirement matters

4. Toattend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting

5. Toco-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEMdrawings and submissions

6. Reviewproject specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

7. Managein-house E&M sub-contractors work to ensure shop drawing and services arewell co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation

Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for projects of similar scale and complexity
