E&M Project Coordinator

. Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule

. Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers

. Attend Coordinating Meeting

. Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs

. Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager

. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services

. Well versed in Building and M&E Installation

. Able to plan and handle drawings details

. Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants

. At least 5 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) Project

. Knowledge in Auto Cad , BIM , Revit is preferred
