Project Coordinator Data Centre Operations (SEA)

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support financial, procurement, and operational activities for data centre projects across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting or finance background who are detail-oriented and eager to grow in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, purchase order matching, and timely payment processing.

• Validate supplier and project information prior to payment and settlement.

• Conduct bank account verifications, reconcile statements, and assist with financial reporting.

• Support procurement and logistics tasks related to data centre operations.

• Maintain accurate accounting records for operational and project activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with financial reporting or accounting focus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a plus.
