Job Summary

Assist in coordinating project activities, managing sub-contractors, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to support successful project execution and handover.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities by scheduling and monitoring timelines to ensure on-time progress.
Manage and oversee sub-contractors and site progress during project execution to maintain quality and schedule.
Resolve technical and site issues through effective communication with customers and main contractors.
Attend site meetings and inspections with management, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project alignment.
Ensure accurate project documentation and complete project handover for seamless transition.
Enforce workplace safety procedures in compliance with the WSH Act and related regulations.
Prepare safe work procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and related documentation to support safety compliance.
Able to work in Malaysia on project basis.

Required competencies and certifications

Possess Class 2B or Class 3 driving license.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination.
Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
