Job Summary
You will prepare and produce detailed CAD drawings for building works, collaborating with project managers and site teams to develop and update drawings that meet design intent, site requirements, and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance, maintaining organized records and supporting authority submission documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce CAD drawings, including detailed drawings for interior fit-out projects, to support project execution
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to develop drawings that align with design intent and site-specific requirements
- Update and revise drawings promptly to incorporate site changes, consultants feedback, and authority requirements, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Coordinate drawing details with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Verify that all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and company drafting standards to maintain quality and compliance
- Maintain organized drawing records and implement version control to ensure traceability and document integrity
- Assist project managers in preparing authority submission drawings and related documentation to facilitate regulatory approvals
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software to produce and revise technical drawings accurately
- Experience in Structural, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and architectural drafting to support multidisciplinary project requirements

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy demonstrated through consistent delivery of error-free drawings
