Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

. Managing day to day operations of joinery/Carpentry and other renovation works/ID fit-outs (eg. partitions) at project locations.

. Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports.

. Effectively communicate clients needs and requirements to the different stakeholders.

. Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients expectations.

. Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors.

. Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities.

. Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery.

. Execute projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely.

. Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
