Job Summary

Support project teams and operational functions by managing administrative processes, financial documentation, and client communications to ensure seamless event execution and contribute to business growth.

What you will be doing

  • Manage administrative processes to maintain efficient operations and support project teams
  • Issue invoices and credit notes, raise purchase orders, and manage account receivables to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely payments
  • Prepare tender submissions to support business development efforts
  • Provide operational assistance on-site to facilitate smooth event execution
  • Prepare, manage, and facilitate sales quotations and related sales documentation to support client acquisition
  • Update and maintain client databases to ensure accurate and accessible client information
  • Collate project reports, payment requisitions, and claims to support project closure and financial reconciliation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to maintain effective communication channels
  • Coordinate meetings and accurately record minutes to support team collaboration and decision-making
  • Prepare and disseminate newsletters and update the company website to enhance internal and external communications
  • Manage office supplies by issuing and replenishing stationery and ensuring office equipment is in good working condition
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required to support dynamic business needs

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
