Position title : PROJECT COORDINATOR x 3
Location: Tuas
Working Days: 5 days A Week [need to attend to site problems over the weekend on a need basis ]
Working hours : 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm
Salary : depending on experience, from $2.8k - $4.2k
(Travel to site based on reimbursement basis)
Overview:
- We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery schedules by verifying and amending orders according to site progress to ensure timely supply
- Participate in site discussions to identify and resolve missing items promptly, minimizing project delays
- Investigate and resolve site-related errors or problems to maintain workflow continuity
- Maintain accurate records of site projects and organize filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and operational needs
Job Requirement
- Min diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering Design
- Proficient in Computer skills, especially in MS Excel
