JOB SCOPE
- Organise, supervise and manage project execution.
- Attend site meeting to co-ordinate contract and technical matters with main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Plan, organise and monitor daily activities on site and report to management on progress and highlight any issues.
- Supervise and monitor the deployment of workers and sub-contractors.
- Planning the work, organizing tools and site facilities efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Nitec in Building, Civil engineering or relevant field.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in building /civil engineering industry. Fresh graduate without experience may also apply.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge of CAD, MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Project
