Project Coordinator (Construction - Fit-out) - East Region.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Support the Project Manager in coordinating project plans, timelines, and day-to-day progress tracking.
2. Prepare, maintain, and update project records, including status reports, budgets, and cost monitoring.
3. Liaise with internal teams such as design, procurement, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Act as a key point of contact to facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
5. Assist in ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
6. Monitor project risks and issues, providing timely support in resolving challenges to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

1. Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction sector.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
4. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Good understanding of construction practices, project management principles, and relevant industry regulations.
