Project Coordinator (Construction/ Contract/ 5.5 days)

Responsibilities

To coordinate the E&M works on the project and closely interface with architectural and structural works with the objective of meeting the budgets, client satisfaction and on time completion.

. Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore

. Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.

. Coordination of all E&M works with subcontractors and SWCs

. Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve design and construction issues.

. Coordinate all E&M works and ensuring progress of E&M works on site is on schedule to meet project timeline.

. Review requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related to E&M works

. Preparing, reviewing and controlling RFI (Request for Information) related to EM works

. Involve in E&M planning, coordination with consultants such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing, etc.

. Other duties as assigned by supervisor such as checking architectural drawings.

Requirements:

. Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant electrical or mechanical field in the construction supervision of E&M works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.

. Must have good understanding of architectural works and structural works to properly interface with the E&M works.

. Experience in underground tunnel project and E&M design coordination works is advantageous.

. Must be able to work 5.5 days
