Job Summary

Manage electrical project tasks including tender submissions, scheduling, inspections, and coordination to ensure timely and compliant project delivery in the Tuas region.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to support project acquisition
Develop and maintain master project schedules to track progress and deadlines
Conduct job supervision to ensure work quality and compliance with standards
Coordinate material and manpower arrangements to optimize resource allocation
Liaise effectively with main contractors and clients to facilitate project communication
Attend project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and next steps
Perform and document EMA testing to comply with regulatory requirements
Conduct RI and TOP inspections to ensure project readiness for regulatory approval
Work independently to manage assigned tasks and resolve issues promptly
