Role Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that all architectural and interior works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications , project timelines, and quality standards. The role also ensures full compliance with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules prior to commencement
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including: Designers / Architects , Consultants (M&E, Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), etc.) , main contractor and client representatives
- Prepare and manage: Work schedules (weekly and monthly) , manpower planning , material procurement and delivery schedules
- Identify and resolve potential clashes (architectural, M&E, structural) at an early stage
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise all on-site architectural and interior works
- Ensure works are carried out: In accordance with approved and shop drawings , in compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate progress records
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of: Interior fit-out works & Architectural detailing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and site practices
- Strong communication skills when working with subcontractors and consultants
