Job Summary
You will coordinate and support construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and on-schedule completion. You will deliver administrative, technical, and coordination assistance to project teams, driving efficient execution within the project work programme.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to support safe and timely delivery of construction projects within schedule
- Prepare and maintain detailed work schedules to track project progress and milestones
- Develop and update AutoCAD drawings and architectural details to support project requirements
- Communicate effectively with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
- Organize project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards
- Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- Support site operations by liaising with contractors and stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of site experience, preferably with a main contractor in residential building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing
- Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination activities
