Job Summary

You will coordinate and support construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and on-schedule completion. You will deliver administrative, technical, and coordination assistance to project teams, driving efficient execution within the project work programme.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to support safe and timely delivery of construction projects within schedule
  • Prepare and maintain detailed work schedules to track project progress and milestones
  • Develop and update AutoCAD drawings and architectural details to support project requirements
  • Communicate effectively with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
  • Organize project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards
  • Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Support site operations by liaising with contractors and stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of site experience, preferably with a main contractor in residential building projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination activities
