Job Summary
You will construct and maintain precise 3D architectural models using BIM software throughout all project stages, coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs to ensure alignment, and manage statutory BIM submissions to Singapore BCA standards, contributing to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit to support all project phases and design requirements
- Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings and documentation for construction and authority submissions
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E consultants to resolve design conflicts and ensure integrated project delivery
- Liaise with consultants to communicate design concepts, changes, and technical issues effectively
- Manage and execute Singapore BCA BIM e-submission processes, ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Prepare architectural as-built drawings upon project completion to document final construction details
- Provide technical BIM support to project teams to facilitate efficient workflow and problem resolution
- Utilize current authority submission software (Corenet 2) and apply working knowledge of Corenet X standards and submission protocols to ensure accurate submissions
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated experience in BCA BIM e-submission processes and guidelines, essential for regulatory compliance and project approval
- Hands-on proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for BIM modelling and architectural documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Completion of recognized BIM Modelling or BIM Management courses (e.g., BCA Academy) to enhance BIM expertise
- Experience with current authority submission software (Corenet 2) and familiarity with Corenet X standards and submission protocols considered advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear coordination and collaboration
- Proactive teamwork and organizational skills to support project efficiency and quality
