Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate the installation and testing of systems across various sites.

• Work closely with project management and client teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations for all electrical work.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including drawings, electrical plans, and reports.

• Monitor project progress, provide updates to management, and promptly address any deviations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external parties to ensure seamless project execution.

• Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in relevant technologies.

• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

• Preferably those with CAD Drawing / Sketchup and related software skills.

• Proven experience in on-site coordination, specifically in electrical systems.

• Familiarity with robotics and LED technology is highly advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to travel to various sites when required.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred to facilitate clear communication with clients.

• Holding Singapore Permanent Residency or candidates with full working rights for Singapore.
