This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, offering a mix of on-site and remote work. As a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive, you will support project planning and execution, assist with scheduling and resource allocation, coordinate between teams and stakeholders, and monitor project timelines. Daily tasks include organizing meetings, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient communication across teams. You will contribute to maintaining timely project deliverables and resolving project-related challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Problem-solving and resource allocation capabilities
