Project Coordinator - Interior Design / Renovation Projects (DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER)
Location: Singapore
Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 per month
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with some experience in interior design project coordination Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality renovation and interior projects across Singapore. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Project Management team in executing renovation and interior design projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, liaising effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and coordinate site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and meets quality and safety standards.
- Manage project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits.
- Address maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly to ensure seamless project flow.
- Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Who We're Looking For:
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
Working Hours & Conditions:
- Basic office hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- Required to be in the office daily unless a project requires full-day site supervision. In such cases, you may stay on-site for the entire day.
- Balance between office-based work and hands-on project coordination on-site.
