Project Coordinator (Architectural)

Responsibilities:

. Review and understand project drawings specifications and design requirements ensuring adherence to codes and standards

. Review material and shop drawing submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved specifications

. Track and review all architectural submissions including materials shop drawings method statements and mock-ups to meet deadlines

. Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with consultants and clients to report project updates

. Review contract drawings and identify discrepancies and requests for information

. Liaise with consultants and arrange working sessions to resolve design conflicts

. Conduct site inspections to resolve issues related to discrepancies and site conditions

. Review material samples selected by Architectural Engineers for compliance with project requirements

. Coordinate with consultants, clients and Document Controller on submissions approvals and RFI statuses

. Check and verify accuracy of shop drawings for all trades involved

. Responsible for structural and architectural design coordination

. Ensure communication and integration across all trades for architectural matters

. Identify architectural risks and propose effective solutions

. Ensure all architectural works adhere to the project-specific quality plan

. Arrange and submit documentation to regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals

. Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

. Minimum 5 years of architectural working experience. Preference will be given to candidate with LTA experience.

. Bachelor's degree in relevant architectural field.

. Strong understanding of architectural drawings specifications and regulatory standards

. Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural design and coordination software

. Good understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination

. Must be able to work under pressure.

. Able to work independently
