Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:

  • Review, coordinate, and generate all architectural works, including shop drawings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
  • Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, local building regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks (e.g., BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark)
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, material submissions, reports, and site records
  • Manage architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision
  • Participate in project and site meetings, providing updates on architectural progress and coordination matters

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural coordination within A&A / New Build projects
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies
  • Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS, and Quality Mark assessment standards
  • Strong analytical skills, good organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality and efficiency
