Job Summary
Coordinate and manage construction project activities to ensure timely delivery, adherence to specifications, and effective stakeholder collaboration within complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, prepare, and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures under project management guidance to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate site activities among main contractors, stakeholders, workers, and all involved parties to facilitate smooth project execution
- Organize, attend, and document stakeholder meetings, capturing key actions and decisions, and follow up to drive project progress
- Facilitate meetings and distribute accurate minutes to all project team members to ensure alignment and accountability
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings to effectively communicate project status and issues
- Identify and determine project changes, assessing impacts and coordinating necessary adjustments
- Ensure projects comply with required specifications and frameworks by reviewing and maintaining all documentation and submissions for each project phase
- Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and material submissions related to architectural materials to mitigate project risks
- Assess project risks and issues proactively and develop practical solutions to maintain project continuity
- Develop and manage a weekly project management calendar to achieve work targets, goals, and objectives
- Collaborate with administrators and contracts department to prepare necessary documentation for monthly progress claims
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project outputs meet defined standards
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned to support project delivery and team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- More than 3 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LTA (MRT) projects, specifically in Architecture, Curtain Walling, or Cladding Works
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
