Support Project Manager on site execution, coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Monitor work progress, handle any issue that arise and ensure they can complete on schedule.
Prepare daily site progress reports, schedule, co-ordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
Ensure workers do proper housekeeping daily to maintains safe and clean working environment. And compile with onsite Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
Ensure all the permit, machinery and materials needed on site is ready and machinery is in working condition before start work.
Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of working experience as supervisor/ Coordinator in construction ndustry / project site work
Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor's safety
Preferably with Class 3 Driving licence.
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills. Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
