Role Purpose
To run the operational layer of active projects, coordinating people, timelines and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers on all active projects.
Track project timelines and flag delays early.
Attend site meetings and represent the company when required.
2. Workforce & Subcontractor Management.
Coordinate daily deployment of workers and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress against schedule.
Resolve on-site issues without escalating to owner unless critical
3. Compliance & Delivery.
Ensure all projects meet safety and regulatory requirements (MOM, BIZSAFE).
Maintain proper site documentation and permits.
Keep projects on time and within budget-flag overruns early.
Who we are looking for
2-4 years experience in construction coordination or site supervision.
Able to manage workers and subcontractors firmly and professionally.
Detail-oriented - catches what others miss.
Works independently without needing close supervision.
