Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and project-related communications.
  • Support project teams in ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
  • Experience in Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is preferred.
  • Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
  • Able to work independently and on-site
