Position Overview
Coordinate events/projects under Serenity Department of Ain Society, which include sending out invitations, tracking guests attendance, and arranging logistical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedule of tasks to complete within a stipulated timeline leading to the event/throughout the project period
- Prepare contents for announcement/publicity of event
- Prepare invites for listed guests
- Monitor attendance of guests/participants from invitations to RSVP
- Liaise with external vendors providing logistical services for events eg. venue, AV system, booth set-up
- Communicate with stakeholders/partners/sponsors involved in the event
- Assign roles/tasks to staff/volunteers involved in the event
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings and for actual events eg. presentation deck, videos, copies of speeches etc.
Requirements and attributes:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Action-oriented
- At least a diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Able to work on weekends and after hours for events
