Job Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risk, expenditure and change control, ensuring project activities remain aligned with contractual and financial requirements.
• Monitor and report Earned Value (EV) across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to track project performance and identify potential delays or cost issues.
• Ensure project controls and reporting support timely, cost-effective and compliant project delivery.

Job Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant project controls experience within the construction, infrastructure or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Earned Value Management, risk management and change control is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in digital engineering and construction delivery environments, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
