Job Description & Requirements
We are a NetLink Trust contractor providing resident and non-residential fiber installation services. We are seeking a responsible and experienced Project Controller to manage daily operational coordination, onsite issue resolution, and liaison with NetLink Trust and related authorities.
Job Description
- Resolve onsite issues related to fiber installation works
- Apply and coordinate MDF access for both BD and OC zones
- Update, submit and upload material usage records to do the NLT server
- Submit daily completed advance job updates to NLT
- Arrange collection and return of RESI, Non-RESI, NBAP and TT materials
- Investigate complaints and penalty cases and prepare responses to NLT
- Prepare, submit and verify subcontractor payment files for management review
- Report onsite issues and progress updates to NLT
- Maintain good working relationships and continuous communication with Building Management (BM) for access matters
- Coordinate APO/ASO arrangement, including LTA application submissions
Requirements
- Experience in fiber installation or telecom projects preferred
- Familiar with NetLink Trust processes, MDF access and LTA applications
- Good coordination, communication and documentation skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in basic IT systems and online submission portals
- Good communication skills
- Multi tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise task
- Need to work with project team closely
- Prior NetLink Trust experience is beneficial. However, candidates without experience who are eager to learn are also encouraged to apply
