Key Responsibilities
. Establish and maintain integrated EPC master schedule in Primavera P6 (L1-L5)
. Ensure schedule logic integrity across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and marine/offshore interfaces
. Perform critical path, near-critical path, and schedule impact analysis (TIA)
. Manage control budget, track committed/incurred cost, and produce credible EAC/FAC forecasts using EVM (SPI/CPI)
. Prepare ROM/Class 4 estimates for variations, delays, and scope growth
. Support commercial and claims teams with time-cost impact assessments
. Develop weekly/monthly dashboards, S-curves, and executive reports
. Interface with shipyards, vendors, and overseas teams (Mandarin required)
. Maintain auditable records for governance, EOT, and claims readiness
Job Requirements
. Minimum 10-15 years of Project Controls experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / LNG / Marine projects
. Strong hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience
. Proven cost control, forecasting, and earned value management capability
. Demonstrated experience in estimation and variation impact assessment
. Business-level Mandarin (spoken and professional) is mandatory
. Experience working with overseas yards or fabrication facilities preferred
. Tools: Advanced Excel SAP/EcoSys/Prism/Power BI (advantage)
