We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Contracts Manager to join our team, supporting infrastructure and civil engineering projects. This is a key role in managing contractual matters and overseeing claims to ensure project and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts for infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Handle contractual correspondences, notices, and documentation
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and claims
- Lead claims management processes including EOT (Extension of Time) and cost claims
- Provide contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and legal requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related matters
- Lead QS team on subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- With relevant experience in contracts and claims management
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts
- Proven experience in handling claims, disputes and contract negotiations
- Strong record in handling LTA projects will be highly favoured
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams on multiple projects
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant construction industry experience and projects involvement. Salary range for Senior Contracts Manager for LTA projects can be further negotiated.
