Project Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business needs, operational requirements, and project goals
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, automation engineers, QA, and operations
• Liaise and communicate effectively with principal vendors to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines
• Conduct key user training, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and go-live support
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
• Prepare documentation, reports, and client presentations
• Facilitate client meetings and provide guidance on WMS and healthcare automation solutions
• Support post-implementation activities, including client handover and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or consulting roles
• Experience in WMS, healthcare automation, or related technology projects preferred
• Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/vendors)
