About the role:
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience leading large multi-national and multi-cultural project teams.
- Proven experience in the delivery of Life Sciences, and pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Bring a high regard for Environmental Health, Safety & Quality culture and practice.
- Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to prepare reports, negotiate, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
About you:
- Recognized Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture or related disciplines
- Min. 15 years of experience in leading and delivering successful large-scale Greenfield/Brownfield GMP projects for tier-1 life sciences clients across entire project lifecycle
- Ability to manage multi-discipline design and construction teams
- Ability to promote an open and informal communication environment that aims at growing mutual trust and teamwork
- Experience of working in a multi-culture, international environment
Other information:
- Work location: Tuas (company transport provided)
- Working days: 5.5 days works week
- Contract Duration: 3 years
