Project Co-ordinator / Supervisor

Salary Range: $3950$5000

JOB TITLE: PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Visit Projects sites every day, monitor the job progress and send report to office.

. Attend toolbox meetings every day and focus on safety-related issues.

. Co-ordinate with Other Project Engineers/Clients & Site Supervisors at projects sites, on the progress of the schedule and work done

. Supervise and Inspect jobs done (Quality & Quantity) at projects sites.

. Base on Site Supervisors requisition, Send materials list to Purchasing Team to arrange.

. Projects Sites co-ordination, Material purchasing from suppliers/shops and delivery at working /site locations

. Verify workers attendance record, write progress report and send them to Admin department via Whatsapp

. Facilitate and request if any additional resources are required

. Ad-hoc duties if any assigned by Project Manager

Requirements

. N / O Level, Diploma/ITE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil or other related studies, especially Safety Oriented studies.

. Atleast 1 year experience for Projects Sites co-ordination, Material purchasing from suppliers/shops and delivery at working /site locations

. Any experience as a Project Engineer or co-ordinator related to Air-conditioning (ACMV Piping, Insulation works (Jacketing), and/or Electrical is added advantage, but not must.

. 6 days per week working environment at project sites. Monday to Saturday

. Pleasant personality, Willing to learn fast, Positive work attitude and a good team player
