PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

Assists the PM/PE to carry out and implement materials planning, trouble shoot problems at the work sites, attend site meetings at the main contractor's office, daily project co-ordination work.

To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.

Provide training & briefing to all new workers

Regular check on workers punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.

To sign in daily attendance card for workers.

Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.

Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.

Handles all technical aspects of fire protection installation and fire alarm systems for industrial and commercial buildings.

To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc.
