Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Co-Ordinator cum Sales Executive who can manage project coordination activities while supporting sales efforts. The role involves client interaction, project tracking, internal coordination, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project activities between clients, sales team, and internal departments
- Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Monitor deliverables and follow up on pending tasks
- Assist in resource planning and logistics for projects
- Handle client communication regarding project status and updates
Sales & Business Development
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Support negotiation and closing of sales deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly project and sales reports
- Maintain CRM and project management systems
- Support management with MIS and performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project coordination and/or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or project management tools
- Knowledge of sales processes and client handling
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
