Regional focus - APAC (mainly ASEAN, Australia) & MENA

About the Role:

Ace Green Recycling is creating a cutting-edge global battery recycling platform and exploring many new growth avenues. We are seeking a Senior Project & Capital Finance Specialist with extensive experience in deal structuring, M&A, and equity/debt capital raises to lead our project funding initiatives.

What youll do:

• Structure and close project financings, including debt, equity, and grants for innovative, first-of-a-kind projects.
• Bring strategic expertise from M&A, capital raises, and impact investing to accelerate project deployment.
• Engage with regional development banks, impact investors, and government programs to secure funding.
• Develop creative financial strategies to support rapid growth and technological deployment.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in project finance, M&A, or significant capital raising within renewable energy, mining, recycling, or emerging industries.
• Extensive network with regional financiers, institutional investors, and grant bodies.
• Proven success in managing complex transactions, including large-scale deals and stakeholder negotiations.
• Strong strategic, financial, and leadership skills.
